DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY POLICY
All jewellery will be sent via large letter delivery. I will send via 1st class post unless otherwise stated in the item description. Your item will arrive in a parcel box, if jewellery, safely placed in a little cotton gift bag, or in an eco friendly cardboard box and wrapped accordingly. A note is included with your parcel about where your sea glass comes from and what it might have been. If your item is a gift please enter the recipient name for the enclosed jewellery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your item, please get in touch. Firstly to see if there's anything we can do to fix the problem. If it's just not what you expected and you need to return it, we can organise a return. I am also happy to exchange for a different item if preferred, but cost of postage must be paid. As usual, anything returned with 14 days will get a straight refund. Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned. If in the first year you of ownership you have any issues, please get in touch. If normal wear and tear we can work out a way to fix or replace the time. If it is clear the item has been abused or used in some way contrary to the included instructions, I won't be able to fix or replace without a fee.
